世界各国都非常重视本国的非物质文化遗产保护。分析总结日本、韩国、意大利和法国等国家的非物质文化遗产保护现状及经验,从完善立法保障、聚焦保护与传承的平台建设、多渠道拓宽公众参与体系、强化对传承人的管理以及保护和创新并举等方面,阐述国外非遗研究经验对国内开展非遗保护研究带来的启示。
Abstract：Countries all over the world attach great importance to the research of intangible cultural heritage protection. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and experience of intangible cultural heritage protection in Japan,South Korea,Italy,France and other countries,and expounds its enlightenment on the research of intangible cultural heritage protection in China from the aspects of improving legislative protection,focusing on the construction of protection and inheritance platform,expanding the public participation system through multiple channels,strengthening the management of inheritors,and integrating protection and innovation.
